Nestled in a 30-hectare eco-responsible estate in the heart of the Catalan countryside, Mas Caners is a haven of peace and conviviality, conducive to creation, renewal, contemplation, self-reflection, and introspection. Situated between sea and mountains, this magical place offers calm, serenity and inspiration, perfect for hosting :

The estate combines the authentic charm of an old Catalan farmhouse with superior modern comfort, carefully eco-renovated. Ideal for groups of up to 12 people, it promises total immersion in a green setting where time seems to stand still.

Espace Mille et Une Nuits: Room for meditation, ceremonies, and circles

  • 30 m² attic space, warm and intimate.
  • Can also be used for therapies, private treatments, and personal consultations.
  • Furnished with carpets, natural fiber cushions, and a multitude of light points with a Thousand and One Nights feel.
  • Heating for cooler months

Wild nature spa

  • Biological bathing pond: ecological bathing in pure water, freely accessible all year round.

THE ESTATE AND ITS SURROUNDINGS

The Mas Caners estate is located in the Aspres mountains, on the southern slopes of the Canigó, the sacred mountain of the Catalans jutting out towards the Mediterranean. The Canigó has always been the mother mountain, a symbol of fertility that allows the water flowing from it to irrigate the orchards of the Roussillon plain.

Explore the 30-hectare estate with your group, rich in restanque forests and scrublands that are highly representative of Catalan heritage, with numerous belvederes ideal for meditation, outdoor activities, or simply getting lost and rediscovering yourself.

We're in a magical place where nature is very much alive. We've chosen to live here to enjoy the wonders of nature, and you're welcome to explore the estate with your group.

The retreat center is located in the heart of a landscape of hills and low mountains, almost entirely covered by deciduous and coniferous forests, and restanque scrublands that are highly representative of Catalan heritage. A true reservoir of biodiversity, the area is a haven for numerous species. It's not unusual to see griffon vultures soaring over the Mas.

Situated close to the 700-hectare Bas Vallespir state forest and overlooking the Tech Valley with its breathtaking views, the 30-hectare Mas Caners estate boasts many charming spots, ideal for meditation, outdoor practices, and activities, or simply to relax, escape and reconnect with yourself in the heart of lush nature.

Mas Caners offers certified 4-star accommodation for up to 12 people:

Two eco-chic country house lodges spread over 200 m² within Mas Caners, recently eco-renovated with care, embody a perfect balance between authenticity and relaxed luxury. Every detail has been designed to preserve the timeless charm of the old building while offering exceptional modern comfort, all in an eco-responsible setting.

  • 5 bedrooms, adaptable to your needs (king-size bed 180x200 cm or 2 large single beds).
  • Eco-friendly bedding and linen.
  • 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
  • Spacious living areas, combining warmth and conviviality.

An additional room is dedicated to the retreat leader.

Breathing, meditation, movement, and exchange invite you to fully let go, for a moment of serenity and well-being. Duration: 1 hour

Cierre de Matriz
ceremony (*)

Join a feminine ceremony that celebrates life's cycles and important transitions. This closing ritual allows us to say farewell to a past cycle and welcome a new chapter with gratitude and humility. Combining meditation, mindful listening, oil massage and the rebozo ritual, this moment of reconnection helps to release and open up to what's to come. Examples of cycles: birth, first menstruation, pregnancy, menopause, emotional transitions or significant events. Women-only ritual. Duration: 2 hours.

Pantarei session (*)

Discover the Pantarei method, a somatic therapeutic approach that combines movement, touch and dialogue to explore and integrate your personal experiences. This method helps you tap into your bodily, energetic, and emotional resources to overcome challenges, express your emotions and strengthen your connections with yourself and others. A Pantarei session brings energy, clarity and lightness while promoting greater control over your daily well-being. Duration 2 hour

Massage

In partnership with specialist masseuses, we offer relaxation massage sessions directly in your lodge, to complete your stay with a moment of well-being and relaxation. Our partners offer massages of varying lengths and types.
