Benefit from the healing potential of the forest through a profound encounter with mindfulness. The forest ecosystem is a complex environment, extremely stimulating on a sensory level. The forest bath offers you a series of invitations to explore each of these senses in depth. These senses are all gateways to increasing your connection to the living, both outside and inside you. This practice has a relaxing effect on both body and mind while rediscovering nature. We spend more and more time in urban environments, neglecting time spent in contact with nature. PURIFICATION RITUAL WITH COCOA

Detaching yourself from the modern world and reconnecting with yourself and nature can be difficult, so we propose a ritual of purification and heart opening to help you slow down, pause racing thoughts, and free yourself from daily duties: letting go to live fully in the present moment.

During this ritual, you'll be guided toward the present moment and a deeper state of being through meditation, breathwork, and silence. A sage smudge (a sacred herb used by shamans of North America's indigenous peoples for centuries in purification ceremonies) and a therapeutic herbal shower will help you release and let go. With a cocoa ritual (an ancestral ritual from the Native American peoples) you'll be able to open your heart more deeply and promote mind-body alignment, activate emotional healing, and accelerate re-anchoring with the earth, the deeper self, and others. This session will help you to fully live and appreciate the present moment, so you can enjoy your stay even more.

Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese self-care and breathing practice. Based on the knowledge and mastery of breath, it combines natural movements, fluid gestures, breathing exercises, and concentration. Qi Gong means energy work, as well as energy control. Qi Gong exercises use movements, body postures, breathing exercises, and mobilization of the breath, as well as concentration of the mind to circulate the body's vital Qi energy.
